There are a LOT of health and fitness professionals out there. Having worked with a health coach myself before I took the leap into the job, I know that it can be really difficult to find someone whose work aligns with your goals and values. I will be the first to admit that my services are not for everyone - so if you are wondering whether Move Eat Breathe is the right choice for you, read on!

Move. Eat. Breathe. is RIGHT for you if:

  • You know what you’re supposed to do to be healthier - you’ve heard it all before! You don’t need a lecture, you just need some support creating an actionable plan to put what you know into practice, without feeling deprived or frustrated.

  • You are looking for a sustainable way to move and eat that aligns with your goals and makes you feel the most like yourself.

  • You have goals beyond weight loss - you want to change your life to feel more motivated, less anxious, more comfortable with your body, and more in control of your experiences around food and movement.

  • You are looking for a supportive, nonjudgmental accountability partner who can help you formulate and reach the goals that matter to you.

Move. Eat. Breathe. is NOT for you if:

  • You want a specific, restrictive diet or exercise plan to follow to a T that will help you “lose the weight for good!” or “get in the best shape of your life!”

  • Your priority is making short-term changes to your body, rather than long-term changes to your mindset and mental health.

  • You are 100% happy with the way you are living, eating, and moving right now and you’re not willing to make changes.

  • You are looking for someone else to take control and give you instructions.
